The only known photo of Jacoby Ford, the BigFoot of college football. Cause he's elusive.
Oh the ACC. Finally, after years of futility, they won a BCS game last year. Still, when I look at this team on paper, it seems like one of the worst. I know I haven’t gotten to the Big East yet, but if the two played it’d probably hold all of the excitement of watching Courtney Love do Pilates. Good news for the league is that a few of their brightest stars are entering their sophomore seasons. Guys like Russell Wilson, Darren Evans and DaQuan Bowers should end up being big names of the sport after 2009. At least the kickers are big.
Virginia Tech and Clemson lead the way with five members each. Clemson was pretty balanced placing two guys on offense, two on defense, and one on specials. Virginia Tech surprisingly had only one defensive starter. Wake Forest, NC State, and Miami all had three to finish second. Georgia Tech (a popular pick to win the conference) and Boston College had two apiece. Duke and UNC each grabbed one spot. Both on defense. Maryland, Virginia, and believe it or not FSU missed out the recognition. Send hate mail here: DraftZoo@gmail.com. Overall, both divisions were equally represented. Probably why this conference is so wide-open/mired in mediocrity.
